Laiye PTE Ltd, doing business as Revor AI ("Revor AI", "LAIYE", "we", "us", "our"), respects your right to privacy, and we are dedicated to securing and protecting any information we have about you. This Privacy Policy describes the ways we collect, use, and share information that relates to an identifiable individual ("Personal Data") and also how you can exercise your rights under applicable privacy and data protection laws.
If you have any questions or concerns about our use of your Personal Data, or if you wish to exercise any of your privacy rights including the right to object (where applicable), then please contact us using the contact details under "How to Contact us" at section 10 below.
For the privacy provisions applicable to specific software services covered by this Privacy Policy, please refer to the relevant "Supplemental Privacy Notice" when you use such services.
We recommend that you read this Privacy Policy in full to ensure you are completely informed about LAIYE's collection and use of your Personal Data.
This Privacy Policy describes how LAIYE processes Personal Data collected from you or about you through LAIYE Web Sites (the "Site"), and other interactions you have with LAIYE.
This Site is offered to businesses, companies and/or other entities (our "Customers") for professional use. We enter into customer agreements (for example, our master license agreement, terms of use, etc.) with our Customers. These agreements govern the delivery and use of the Site (the "Customer Agreement"). This Privacy Policy governs where LAIYE is the data controller responsible for the processing of the Personal Data.
Except for Google user data addressed in the "Supplemental Privacy Notice — Google Workspace and Gmail Connected Accounts" below, this Privacy Policy does not apply to any input or output generated via the Site, or documents uploaded by customers. These data shall be processed either by Customers or by us on Customers' behalf and we call it ("Customer Data"). Our use and process of Customer Data received through the Site is governed by the relevant Customer Agreement. So any queries related to Customer Data should be directed to our Customers who are the data controllers.
In the course of providing the Site, we collect and receive Personal Data in different ways and from different sources. This Personal Data includes:
We collect Personal Data directly from you when you create an account with us, use the Site, or interact with us via some other means. For details regarding the Personal Data we collect, please refer to the applicable "Supplemental Privacy Notice".
We also receive certain information about you from third parties, such as:
a) Our trusted partners: marketing vendors may provide us with information about potential customers; event organisers (for example, trade shows, professional events, conferences, and seminars you attend) may provide us with information about you and information relating to your use of the Site.
b) Other natural persons: other natural persons may provide us with information about you when they send you materials related to us or invite you to participate in events organized by us.
We collect your Personal Data indirectly, through Cookies and Similar Technologies. We use cookies, scripts, or similar technologies (collectively "Cookies and Similar Technologies") to manage the Site and to collect information about you and your use of the Site. A cookie is a small string of information that websites you visit transfer to your computer for identification purposes. These technologies help us to recognize you, improve your experience, and analyse the use of the Site to make it safer and more useful to you.
You can control your cookie preferences through your web browser. If you are having trouble finding the cookie settings in your browser, we provide you with guidance on disabling and deleting cookies, please visit Guide to Disabling and Deleting Cookies in Two Common Web Browsers.
Please note that if you choose to reject Cookies and Similar Technologies, our Site will still work for you but some features or functionality may be limited.
We collect publicly available information (for example, judgments, decisions and news). Some of this information may relate to individuals and can, in some jurisdictions, be considered Personal Data. Personal Data included in publicly available information is only processed so that the Site can provide more accurate and relevant responses. It is not provided to intentionally identify individuals.
This supplemental notice applies when you choose to connect a Google Workspace or Gmail account to Revor AI. It forms part of this Privacy Policy and controls if it conflicts with more general language elsewhere in this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Use with respect to information received from Google APIs.
With your authorization, Revor AI may access and process:
Revor AI uses Gmail history information to identify new inbox messages. New message data may be processed transiently to determine whether a message belongs to a conversation being managed through Revor AI. Messages that do not match a tracked conversation are not added to Revor AI's message records. Matched replies and the related metadata may be retained so that we can display the conversation, update reply status, prevent inappropriate follow-ups, and provide user-enabled email automation.
We use information received from Google APIs only to provide and secure user-facing features that you request, including:
Where you explicitly enable an AI-assisted email feature, relevant content may be processed only as necessary to provide that user-facing feature. Google user data is not used to train or improve generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
The Gmail integration is a business email sending and reply-synchronization feature, not an image-generation feature. Revor AI does not use Google APIs or Google user data to create, facilitate, train systems for, or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery, including AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery (AI NCII).
OAuth credentials are encrypted at rest. We retain connected-account records, sent messages, matched replies, and related workflow metadata only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, satisfy the applicable Customer Agreement, resolve security or support issues, or meet legal obligations.
We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or share it with advertising platforms or data brokers. We may disclose it only to contracted cloud hosting, database, storage, security, email-processing, or AI service providers acting on our instructions where necessary to provide or secure a feature requested by you. An AI service provider may receive relevant content only when you explicitly enable a user-facing AI-assisted email feature. We may also disclose data when required by law or as otherwise permitted by the Google API Services User Data Policy. Human access is prohibited except with your affirmative permission for specific data, when needed for security or support with appropriate controls, or when required by law.
You can disconnect a Gmail account from the Connect area in Revor AI. Disconnecting revokes or clears the OAuth credentials available to Revor AI and stops future Gmail access. Disconnecting does not by itself immediately erase historical messages or workflow records already stored in Revor AI. You may request deletion of stored Google user data by contacting [email protected]. We will process verified requests in accordance with applicable law, contractual obligations, and any limited backup or legal-retention requirements.
You may also review or revoke Revor AI's access from the third-party connections page of your Google Account. Revoking access through Google stops future API access but does not automatically delete data previously stored in Revor AI; contact us to request deletion.
Revor AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
